I ...Sounds yummy and pretty quick to put together. I generally don't like oil in my baked goods either as I can taste it. Don't like extracts either (other than vanilla and the de fiore one). However, I think I will use coconut oil and try that. Used it in some baked goods this last weekend and it came out pretty good. No oil taste, just a slight coconut taste. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
