Not everything ...Thanks so much for your nice note! Not everything I make turns out so I always have to be candid about what I think about it and let people decide or try it out for themselves. As to what to bake, it depends on what you like - for chocolate chip cookies, I'm about to blog one in the next day or so with links to my top 4 favorites: Alton Brown's, Averie's, Bakery Style from Crazy for Crust and Copycat Panera. They're all on my blog so you can also do a search on here for them. Or let me know if you're interested in making something else.Pastry Chef Bakinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05499370153487228890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-760980569631717342.post-19115377502578391022015-08-01T21:24:47.234-07:002015-08-01T21:24:47.234-07:00I found your blog and have been reading it for the...I found your blog and have been reading it for the past few days. I just want to say how much I LOVE it! It must be the way you write, because your "voice" is simply better than 99% of cooking bloggers out there. I also just think you're super honest about what you make, which helps the reader better understand the recipe. (you don't over-hype your recipes, but you're honest when they're great!) I sincerely can't wait to make one of your recipes. Which would you recommend, of your recent posts, for a new-ish baker to try? Thanks! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07975118978206164614noreply@blogger.com
